Product Warranty Terms and Conditions

  • All goods will be handed over to the Distributor for maintenance and repair follow-up
  • Please keep the product warranty label
  • Please keep the sales receipt
  • If there is any missing or damaged after receiving the goods, please contact our customer service within 7 days
  • If the package has been opened, except for special circumstances, no returns or exchanges will be accepted
  • If there is any problem with the following products after opening, the 7-day return policy is not accepted, and the customer must directly contact the relevant distributor for follow-up
    1. Ink cartridges, toner cartridges, calculator, Apple products, software and printers
    2. Computers, Laptops, Mobile Phones and Tablets
