Notes for placing an order:
- No cancellations/changes will be accepted after the order has been placed.
- Before placing an order, please check whether the recipient's name, contact number and delivery method are correct.
- After placing an order and completing payment, please check whether the registered email address has received an order notification from us.
- If you have not received the order notification email, please contact our customer service to arrange to resend it.
- If you choose to pick up the goods at the store, please wait until you receive the email or Whatsapp notification before picking up the goods at the store.
- The pick-up period for self-pickup orders is one month. If the order is not picked up within one month, it will be regarded as an abandoned order. We will automatically cancel the order without any notice and refund.
- If the shipment is returned due to incorrect information such as phone numbers, the customer must bear the responsibility and no refund will be provided.
Under normal circumstances, we do not accept returns and exchanges, except for the following special circumstances:
- The product received is missing
- Received an expired item
- The order item does not match the item received
If you need to apply for return or exchange, please pay attention to the following rules:
- Please apply within the return period (within seven days after receiving the product)
- Please keep the sales receipt
- Any damaged goods due to personal reasons will not be returned or exchanged
Return procedures are as follows:
- Please keep all packaging, sales receipts and related gifts.
- Contact us within seven days of receiving the product to request a return or exchange.
- After confirming that the status of the goods meets the requirements of the return policy, we will notify you of the return application status as soon as possible.
- After receiving the goods, we will arrange to send the goods within 1-3 working days or arrange a refund within 7 working days.
- If we fail to collect the goods within 7 days, we reserve the right to cancel the returned goods.
